Anyone who stumbles upon this blog post who happens to also be a kindle user, The Fall now contains (almost) all of the illustrations from the paperback in the files. It was a long process of seeking information that doesn't seem readily available to the public, and then another long process of reformatting the files involved.
However, all this work has created a product we can be proud of and that you, the Kindle reader, will find intriguing.
